Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dockstocker / Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our agile warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory movement, utilizing forklift equipment to load, unload, and organize products within the warehouse. Your mechanical knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems will ensure smooth operations, accurate order picking, and safe handling of goods. Duties

- Operate counterbalance forklifts and clamp trucks safely to move pallets, containers, and heavy items throughout the warehouse
- Perform order picking accurately using forklifts and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and maintain accurate records
- Conduct routine mechanical inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks that require physical strength while adhering to safety protocols
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and maintaining a clean, safe work environment





Qualifications

- Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers in a warehouse setting
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily tasks
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environments is highly desirable
- Valid Dockstocker and Counterbalance forklift license
- Must be available to work overtime

Various shifts available

- Days: 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday

- Afternoons 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday

- Nights 11:00pm to 7:00am Monday to Friday

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- MHE : 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Dockstocker and Counterbalance (preferred)
