General Labourer / Production Assembler

Location: Calgary Area | Pay: $22.50–$25.50/hour | Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract | Start Date: Early September 2026

IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring multiple General Labourers / Production Assemblers for a large-scale manufacturing project in the Calgary area. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady full-time work, hands-on training, and long-term manufacturing experience.

Available Shifts & Pay:

Day Shift 6:00 AM–2:00 PM — $22.50/hour

Afternoon Shift 2:00 PM–10:00 PM — $23.50/hour

Night Shift 10:00 PM–6:00 AM — $25.50/hour.

High demand for Night Shift candidates.

What You’ll Do:

- Work on a production/assembly line assembling large commercial products
- Measure, position, and fasten components using screws, rivets, and other hardware
- Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, screwdrivers, hammers, and measuring tapes
- Read measuring tapes accurately and follow work instructions
- Lift and move materials, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliable, punctual candidates comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment




- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete hands-on training
- Comfortable using or learning basic hand and power tools
- Able to meet the physical requirements of an assembly/general labour role
- Reliable transportation required — worksite is not accessible by public transit
- Must provide approved 6-inch steel-toed safety boots
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to complete required pre-employment screening

Training Provided: Selected candidates will complete structured orientation, workplace safety training, hands-on tool training, assembly procedures, learning modules, and a practical skills assessment before starting.
