Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the selection of bridal and occasion wear, assisting with product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role is vital in helping brides and customers find their perfect attire while maintaining the boutique’s reputation for professionalism and warmth.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and assist them in selecting bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, and accessories based on their preferences and needs.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations to highlight features, fabrics, and styling options.
- Provide personalized styling advice to help clients make confident choices that suit their body type, theme, and budget.
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to final purchase, including upselling complementary products such as veils, shoes, or jewelry.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that showcase the boutique’s offerings attractively and effectively.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale)



systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance.
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales within fashion or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and POS systems to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through product demos and technical explanations when necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing sales calculations.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
