Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble burritos with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every order
- Operate the Micros POS system efficiently for order entry, payment processing, and cash handling
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance their experience
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately,

- Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe setting for both team members and guests

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles is advantageous; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential
