Charlotte Jewelers is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team in Peterborough, Ontario.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers find the perfect piece for themselves or someone special. You’ll provide exceptional service, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to a welcoming and professional retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide warm, personalized service to every customer
- Learn and confidently communicate product features, materials, and care instructions
- Process sales and payments accurately
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-presented showroom
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and general store duties
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
- Follow company procedures for security, inventory, and customer service

Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer-service experience is an asset
- Jewellery or luxury retail experience is an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality




- Solid attention to detail
- Comfortable working with customers and handling sales transactions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about jewellery and develop product knowledge

Schedule

This is a part-time position. Flexibility is required, including availability for weekends, and holiday periods.
