Overview

We're hiring an experienced cook to run the line and handle prep.

Duties

- Hold recipe specs and plating standards on every ticket, including through the dinner and late-night rush
- Keep your station and the kitchen clean and food-safe
- Track stock levels, flag what's running low, keep waste down

What we need

- 1+ years on a line. South Asian cuisine experience is a robust plus, but we'll train the menu to someone with solid fundamentals
- Food handler certification (or willing to get one before you start)
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends, including shifts until 12 AM Friday and Saturday
