This is a Monday to Friday Operation with weekends off and a morning breakfast shift from 7am till 1.30/2pm.

Duties

- Prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline service
- Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to guests or staff
- Maintain organization of kitchen stations, ensuring all tools and ingredients are properly stored and accessible
- Follow proper food safety protocols during meal preparation, storage, and cleaning procedures




- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a robust understanding of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service when applicable
- Previous experience with meal preparation, serving, or food industry roles is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding food experiences
