We are seeking a Parts Person to join our Peterbilt dealership in Mississauga. This role supports customers with parts selection and pricing while assisting with warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding parts, pricing, and online orders
- Unload, receive, store, and organize incoming parts
- Locate and ship parts to customers and other branches
- Support branch service technicians as needed
- Place inventory stock orders and make bin/inventory adjustments
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Operate parts/warehouse equipment and computer systems
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Parts or warehouse experience/knowledge
- Previous parts industry experience preferred
- Heavy-duty truck, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Journeyperson Certification is an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per hour
