Inventory/Reach
Location: North York
Contract Duration: Approximately three months
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (exact hours to be confirmed)
Pay Rate: $23.00–$24.00 per hour

Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with Raymond Reach experience to support a warehouse relocation project. This short-term contract is expected to last approximately three months. The successful candidate will safely move and organize inventory, operate a Raymond Reach forklift, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with warehouse organization throughout the relocation.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently operate a Raymond Reach forklift.
- Stagging, wrapping, skidding products etc to be shipped to 3PL warehouse.

• Pick, move, organize, and relocate inventory throughout the warehouse. • Prepare inventory for shipment to the new facility.

- Complete inventory counts and maintains product accuracy throughout the relocation.
- Use inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials as required.
- Verify inventory against packing slips, shipping documents, and internal records.




- Assist with warehouse setup, organization, and space optimization during the move.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to help keep the relocation on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating a Raymond Reach forklift.
- Valid forklift certification is considered an asset.
- Previous warehouse and inventory-control experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and perform effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
