We are a 30+ year old national janitorial company with an outstanding reputation, seeking a Client Liaison Manager to further expand our business in the Lower Mainland area.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct day-to-day outside sales via face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
- Developing new business leads via in-person and cold calling.
- Follow up on leads and identify potential prospects.
- Maintain proper internal/external documentation and communications throughout the sales process.
- Offer professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide guidance on price competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- Experience in outside sales required.
- Experience in the service industry is helpful, but not a must.
- Good written and spoken English
- A self-starter and work efficiently.
- Must be able to develop your own leads

- Please note this is not a work from home position. Our office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
