Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support employees at the client site in Mississauga.

This is an entry-level management role requiring strong people management, administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates.
- Monitor workflow, staffing, attendance, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Prepare reports and communicate updates to management.
- Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- Handle administrative tasks related to site operations and employee management.




- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client, warehouse employees, and internal management.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in supervision, warehouse operations, retail, logistics, customer service, or administration is an asset.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience with KPI reporting and performance management is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable using email and attaching documents electronically.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working on-site Tuesday–Thursday at the Mississauga location.
- Must be flexible to work from the Mississauga office or another site on Monday and Friday.
