Smiling Lawn is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, confident individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.

You’ll be responsible for visiting residential neighbourhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, and selling our lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services.

Compensation

- $300 guaranteed base pay per week
- Commission on every sale
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

What You'll Sell

Spring/Summer/Fall:

- Lawn mowing programs
- Fertilization
- Weed control
- Aeration
- Overseeding
- Lawn cleanups
- Sod installation
- Landscaping services

Winter:

- Residential snow removal
- Driveway and walkway clearing
- Seasonal snow removal packages
- Salt/de-icing services

Responsibilities

- Go door-to-door in residential neighbourhoods
- Approach homeowners and introduce Smiling Lawn
- Explain our lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Generate leads and close sales
- Follow up with potential customers
- Track daily activity and sales
- Represent Smiling Lawn professionally

Requirements

- Confident and comfortable speaking with people
- Solid communication skills
- Motivated by commission and performance
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
- Lawn-care knowledge is an asset but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
