Role Focus

This position combines Human Resources, Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications. Approximately:

- 70% Recruitment & Candidate Engagement
- 25% Communications & Marketing
- 5% Events, Reporting & Special Projects

Primary Responsibilities
Recruitment & Candidate Engagement

- Source, engage, and qualify candidates for a variety of professional opportunities.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support senior recruiters with searches, client projects, and talent pipelines.
- Assist with candidate outreach, follow-up, and database management.
- Track recruitment activities and report on hiring results.

Communications and Marketing

- Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing content.
- Manage recruitment campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and video marketing.
- Support Arlyn Recruiting's online presence, website,



and career sites.
- Develop content that promotes career opportunities and engages prospective candidates.
- Assist with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Assist senior team with business development and client communication activities as scheduled.
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Events, Reporting & Special Projects

- Coordinate recruiting events, networking opportunities, and industry initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment and marketing reports.
- Support special projects and process improvements.
- Stay informed on recruitment, marketing, and communications trends.

Skills We Value

- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, and employer branding.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, websites, newsletters, or email campaigns.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and content creation abilities.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Experience in legal recruitment, staffing,



professional services, or corporate recruiting is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative thinking, initiative, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Education

- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Legal Administration, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fully remote position, however, must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area to attend occasional recruiting events, team and client downtown meetings.

- Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
