Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Schedule: Starting at 4 days per week

Beauty Canada is looking for a motivated and sales-driven Beauty Advisor to help grow our wholesale customer base and support our skilled beauty customers.

This is a hands-on role combining business development, account management, product knowledge, customer service, and store/warehouse support. You will work directly with salons, spas, nail technicians, and other beauty professionals to introduce Beauty Canada, open new wholesale accounts, generate repeat business, and help ensure we carry the products our customers are looking for.

Sales & Account Development

- Call salons, spas and nail techs to introduce Beauty Canada and open new wholesale accounts
- Follow up by phone after every flyer and catalog send; take opening orders
- Make weekly reorder calls/texts to active accounts
- Enter orders and log every call and account in the BC System

Product

- Review our catalog, product range and supplier catalogs; recommend what to carry, add or drop
- Advise on the nail line build-out (gel systems, tips, e-file, files) based on what the market orders
- Help choose the products featured in flyers and promotions

Store & Warehouse

- Serve professional customers at the counter; process pickups; answer product questions
- Keep the store stocked, priced and well presented
- Help pick and pack orders; assist with receiving when needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, business development, retail, account management, or customer service.




- Beauty industry or qualified beauty product knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up consistently with prospective and existing customers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and follow-ups at the same time.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, POS systems, and other computer-based systems.
- Accurate typing and data-entry skills.
- Previous cash-handling experience.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 30+ lbs.
- Reliable transportation to our Calgary location on Manitou Road.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, building relationships, and asking for the sale. The right person will also be curious about beauty products and able to use feedback from customers to help Beauty Canada improve its product selection.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
