NOW HIRING — SAFETY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

ASAP START | MILTON, ON

We are looking for an experienced trucking Safety & Compliance professional to join our team.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

MUST HAVE:

- Proven trucking/transportation industry experience
- Experience with 53' dry van, reefer & FTL operations
- Strong knowledge of MTO, DOT & FMCSA compliance
- Experience managing driver files, CVOR, NSC, insurance renewals & safety compliance
- Experience with accident/incident investigations
- Experience with HOS, logs, inspections & violations
- Experience with driver onboarding, qualification & training
- Ability to work directly with drivers, dispatch and operations
- Robust knowledge of fleet safety & compliance requirements

- Can manage a busy fleet and keep compliance on track
