Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Support serving guests by taking orders, delivering food, and providing friendly guest services
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including kitchen, dining space, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Ensure timely service by managing time effectively during busy hours and coordinating with team members

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, cash handling, and billing procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required
