We are looking for a hard-working individual who can remain focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. Our Warehouse Associate(s) receive inventory and new products, in addition to picking, packing, and shipping online/wholesale orders, among other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Schedule:

Full-time, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 5 days per week. (Monday to Friday; weekend work will be required depending on volume and required coverage periods.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick items based on packing lists and process shipments according to established procedures. Verify item condition and quality, and complete packing tasks as needed.
- Safely transport picked and packed items to delivery trucks and ensure secure loading.
- Receive incoming shipments, arrange them in designated areas per the inventory system, and conduct daily and weekly cycle counts. Review and address daily cycle count variances.
- With your excellent decision-making skills, determine and prioritize the order of workflow to accomplish processing within the required timeframe without compromising quality.
- Requires a high level of attention to detail to work independently and accurately in a rapid-paced ISO7 and ISO8 class laboratory environment.
- Use company-issued tools responsibly, following security practices for the work environment.
- General warehouse upkeep,



including maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with Health & Safety and housekeeping practices.
- Communicate effectively with the Director of Operations, Warehouse Supervisor, and all company employees.
- Perform other various tasks as assigned by management.
- Accuracy and detail-oriented: If you like working independently, in a fast-paced environment, are accurate and have excellent personal hygiene, this may be an ideal fit for you.
- Ability to follow directions and recipes accurately is required: quality control is mandatory for every product you produce. If you are not accurate, please do not apply.
- Ability to utilize precision measuring instruments and understand measurement results.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with hands.
- This position custom-fills recipes as ordered by our customers.
- Although we are not open to the public, and there is minimal telephone customer contact, we are committed to providing our customers with the best customer service at all times.
- Mixologists work with nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and artificial food flavouring. If you are allergic or sensitive to any of those, this may not be a fit for you.
- Management, Logistics, and Fillers work as team members.

We offer a full-time schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday; however,



weekend availability required for vacation coverage.

Qualifications:

- Availability to work weekends; full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform standing tasks for up to 8 hours, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
- Resourceful, solution-oriented, and adaptable.
- Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals.
- Keen attention to detail and effective time management.
- Experience in packaging and order fulfillment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

This position is available immediately, and pay starts at $17.60 per hour.
