Insulation Installer

The full-time, year-round position offers benefits, seasonal bonus, boot allowance and competitive wages, $23/hr++ based on experience. Use of company vehicle provided for transportation to and from job sites.

Thermo Seal Insulation Systems is a family owned business and has been around since 1989 and we are presently recruiting Insulation Installers to join out team!

Our company delivers the best in Blown-In Fiberglass Insulation and Polyurethane Foam to residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for positive and energetic individuals with the drive to make a difference in today's construction industry. Basic Qualification:

Ability to work overtime





Ability to work on weekend (Saturday's only)

- Physically capable to work in small spaces
- Physically capable of working in high areas
- Ability to work in seasonal weather conditions
- High work ethic and organizational skills
- Can be effective and productive in a team environment
- Efficient and Productive with minimal supervision
- Ability to drive 5 ton trucks

Desire/Preferred Qualification

- Valid Working with Heights Certification (will provide training if necessary)
- G class Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
