Job Summary

Come and See Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to prepare authentic Nigerian cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Nigerian dishes, including but not limited to:

· Isi-Ewu

· Nkobi

· Pepper Snail

· Goat Meat

· Pepper Soup

· Nigerian Jollof Rice

· A variety of Nigerian soups

· Abacha and other traditional Nigerian dishes

- Ensure all meals are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.




- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies.
- Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff as required.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a cook.
- Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling practices.
- Experience preparing authentic Nigerian cuisine is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.
- English language proficiency.
