Job Title: Skilled Landscaper / Crew Lead — Soft & Hardscaping

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want talent, in any area of landscaping. Whether your strength

is fine detail softscaping or heavy hardscaping, we want to hear

from you. We're also looking for someone ready to step into a

Crew Lead role.

SOFTSCAPING SKILLS WE VALUE

* Precision hedge trimming and shaping

* Shrub pruning and plant care

* Garden bed installation, weeding, and restoration

* Lawn mowing, edging, and property maintenance

* Seasonal clean-ups

* Planting and soil work

HARDSCAPING SKILLS WE VALUE

* Paver and stone patio installation

* Retaining walls

* Rock and gravel installation

* Grading and leveling

* Edging and borders

* Drainage work





CREW LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable)

* Running a crew on-site and keeping jobs on schedule

* Quality control — making sure work meets our standard

* Training and directing junior crew members

* Communicating with the office and clients on site

REQUIREMENTS

* Landscaping experience (softscaping, hardscaping, or both)

* Valid driver's license (required)

* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

* Physically fit and reliable

* Able to operate commercial landscaping equipment

* Crew Lead candidates: prior experience leading a crew
