- Clean dishes and cook wares
- Ensure washing equipment is operating properly
- Maintain general kitchen tidiness
- Contribute to restocking supply items as needed
- Maintain recycling, compost and waste receptacles
- Communicate with both the kitchen and front of house team for efficiency
- Assist our line cooks where needed.
