Breka Bakery Group is looking for an OVERNIGHT Production Packer at our commissary kitchen!

Are you a night owl, or are you looking for a job that fits around your daytime activities? Or are you looking for additional income outside of your regular working hours?

This position would be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work OVERNIGHT SHIFTS and is seeking long-term, secure employment!

You will be packing various pastries into delivery containers for our retail stores, following packing lists, as well as preparing catering/wholesale orders. This is a high-volume production facility with scheduled deadlines, so the position requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

You must have a positive attitude, be able to follow directions, work cooperatively within a small team, and be motivated to work effectively.

SHIFT HOURS & WAGE:
Shifts: 6–8 hours between 8pm and 6am, 4–5 days/week
*The schedule may change weekly, and shifts may end earlier depending on production volume. Approx. 30 hours/week to start, with the possibility of more hours in the future.
*Must be available to work any hours within this time frame, and preferably have OPEN AVAILABILITY
*Must be available on WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

COMPENSATION:
Starting Wage: $21.50/hr, with wage increases based on performance
4-month probation period

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Pack baked products into delivery containers according to packing lists for distribution to all our retail stores
- Package products for wholesale/catering customers
- Slice bread using a bread slicer
- Communicate with other departments as needed
- Perform other general cleaning duties

- Hard-working and high-energy is a must

- Must be responsible and dependable and show up for all scheduled shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction well
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team

- Respect products and pack them with care & accuracy
