Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, cold outreach, and market research.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts by providing tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and boost sales.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data.




- Support the technical sales process by understanding product specifications and communicating technical details clearly to clients.
- Unloading products off a truck if needed
- Picking orders to be shipped or picked up
- Coordinate with the shop

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development with a focus on technology or industrial products.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and sales metrics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Technical sales experience is preferred, especially involving complex products or solutions.
- Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients find the best solutions.
