Duties

- Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding service
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and maintaining visual standards
- Handle purchasing and inventory management, including stock replenishment and order processing
- Conduct recruiting activities such as interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees
- Support payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with precision and integrity
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and sales reporting
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote products and increase store traffic
- Train team members on customer service excellence, sales techniques,



and operational procedures
- Maintain organizational skills by managing schedules, budgets, and administrative documentation effectively

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a retail environment with a focus on team management and sales growth
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff
- Experience with payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong communication abilities to foster positive customer relationships
- Proficiency in using POS systems, marketing tools, and organizational software
- Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams to meet goals and uphold company standards

Pay: $20.85-$21.85 per hour
