We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Checker / Housekeeper to ensure our guest accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities
- Identify maintenance issues or damages during inspections and report them promptly for resolution
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
- Support the overall cleanliness of the property by performing custodial tasks in hallways,



lobbies, and other common areas
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe workplace for guests and staff.
- Some days where a room checker is not needed, the employee that has this position will be cleaning rooms for the hours needed.

Skills

- Strong attention to detail with an eye for spotting cleanliness issues or safety hazards
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to report maintenance concerns clearly and accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including most weekends or holidays.
- Passion for hospitality with a positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Proven experience at a hotel in the housekeeping department along with having a great track record

Pay: $18.10 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
