Location: Varennes ,QC
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

What You’ll Bring:

- 1+ years of computer hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairing experience
- 1+ years of network and operating system support experience, or Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,



or a related field.
- 2+ yrs of hardware repair
- Solid knowledge supporting networks and operating systems, including Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols like DNS, DHCP, TCP.
- Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to document procedures and mentor junior staff.
- Experience with material handling equipment repair is a plus.

- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
- Experience managing or deploying servers and hardware in data center environments.
- Cross-functional coordination and project management experience.
