We are looking for full time seasonal farm workers for berry farms in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, BC.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Field Manager at Silver Valley Farms Ltd, this is a fundamental role in our agricultural business. The farm labourer’s main responsibilities are planting, pruning, and providing daily agricultural support. In this role the individual must be willing to work in all weather conditions and be adaptable to work days and times.

This position must both adjust and adapt to the ongoing requirements. An ideal candidate adapts easily and reflects the realities of the environment.

Daytime work with some evenings and weekends as required. Anticipated start date is January 1, 2027.

Work includes: prune, plant, irrigate, cultivate, harvest, sort and pack crops. Work is outdoors in all types of weather. Must be able to lift 30 Lb.

Education and experience is not required, but an asset. Own transportation.

Hourly wage is $18.25/hr.
