Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including tables, service stations, and dining spaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly,



adhering to food safety guidelines
- Assist in guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
