- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled appointments to ensure timely service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by being friendly, respectful, and attentive to client requests
- Organize work tasks effectively through strong time management and organizational skills

Experience





- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled periods
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, and basic household organization
- Customer service experience that demonstrates friendliness, patience, and attentiveness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
