The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Care Coordinator on behalf of one of our employer partners.
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Mobile LEGO® Instructor to deliver hands-on LEGO® STEM, robotics, engineering, and creative building programs at schools and daycares across the GTA.
This is an ongoing school-year position from October 2026 to June 2027, offering consistent afternoon hours and the prospect to develop skills in teaching, STEM education, classroom leadership, and program operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging LEGO® STEM programs for children ages 3–10
- Deliver prepared lesson plans and hands-on building challenges
- Manage groups of up to 20 children in a fun, safe, and positive environment
- Travel to partner schools and daycares across the GTA
- Set up, pack, and transport LEGO® program materials
- Organize LEGO® kits and help maintain our inventory tracking system
- Check kits after programs and report missing or damaged materials
- Help keep materials organized and ready for upcoming programs
- Take on additional teaching or operational responsibilities as you gain experience
Hours & Schedule
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, primarily 2:00 PM–5:30/6:00 PM
- October 2026 – June 2027
- Consistent weekly schedule based on assigned programs
- Additional hours may be available for workshops, events, and special programs

Requirements
- 1+ year experience working with children (camps, tutoring, daycare, recreation, education, coaching, etc.)
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Reliable, punctual, energetic, and organized
- Comfortable travelling between GTA locations
- Comfortable carrying and transporting LEGO® materials (up to approximately 25 lbs)
- Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
- CPR/First Aid certification
