Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to to lead new residential site projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves coordinating all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee by inspecting all residential renovations at our buildings,
- Keep track of all capital expenses per buildings
- Oversee daily construction operations on residential sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Develop and manage new development project sites schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers,



and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare budgets and monitor project costs effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation , and other construction management tools
- Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed

Requirements

- Proven experience in residential construction management or a similar role within the building industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with construction management software will be an asset
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and project budgeting
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and heavy civil projects is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, and clients.
