Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Foreperson to lead trade crews ranging from 2 to 10 personnel. In this field leadership role, you will direct daily site operations, enforce strict safety compliance, maintain high quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Crew Supervision: Coordinate daily installation activities, assign trade tasks, and manage workforce scheduling to hit project milestones.
- Technical Guidance: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project drawings to ensure precise installation and code compliance.
- Quality & Safety Control: Conduct regular site inspections, enforce company safety policies, and lead routine safety/toolbox meetings to maintain a zero-incident culture.




- Cost & Material Oversight: Monitor on-site labor efficiency and material usage to support cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience leading electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
- Technical Mastery: Solid background in commercial electrical installations, blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and project planning.
- Certifications: Journeyman Electrician license/certification required; valid driver's license and applicable safety tickets
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to direct site personnel, solve problems under pressure, and liaise effectively with general contractors and project managers.

Pay: $43.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
