Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction processes, management software, and schematic interpretation will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D for document management, drawing revisions, and site planning.
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and cost control to stay within budget parameters.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of construction.




- Manage project documentation meticulously, including reports, change orders, and progress updates.
- Lead team meetings to review milestones, address challenges proactively, and motivate team members toward shared goals.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction management or as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with civil site planning and heavy civil projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards is essential.
