Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and snacks according to safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas to uphold food safety standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and serving guests efficiently
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and receipts
- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, storage,



and sanitation to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred
- Food service experience in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
