Window Manufacturing Associate – Day & Night Shifts

Pay: CA$18.20–CA$21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM | 4:30 PM – 1:45 AM

Depending on business needs, experience, and available openings, successful candidates may be considered for a variety of roles across our manufacturing operation, including machine operators, window assemblers, material handlers, shipping and receiving, production associates, and other manufacturing positions.

Qualifications

- Ability to read and follow safety instructions, labels, and production documentation in English
- Completion of secondary school
- Basic experience using hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods




- Positive attitude and solid willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Manufacturing, window, door, construction, assembly, or warehouse experience is an asset
- Previous window manufacturing experience is an asset
- Machine operation or production experience is an asset
- Overtime may be required based on production requirements
- Must have steel-toed safety shoes

About the Role

As a member of our manufacturing team, you will contribute to the production of quality window products through various stages of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities may include assembling window components, operating production equipment, handling materials, preparing products for shipment, packaging finished products, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following established quality and safety procedures.

Training will be provided for specific production processes and equipment.
