About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior iOS Developer on behalf of a leading enterprise technology organization supporting the development of a large-scale, customer-facing mobile application.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced iOS engineer who enjoys building reliable and scalable mobile products, solving complex technical problems, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an enterprise setting.

The successful candidate will contribute to new feature development while also helping improve application architecture, code quality, performance, maintainability, and the overall mobile development experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance iOS application features using Swift.
- Build and maintain user interfaces using both SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions to support application scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Apply established iOS design and architectural patterns, including MVC and MVVM, where appropriate.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable production code.
- Develop and maintain unit tests and contribute to improving overall test coverage and application reliability.
- Participate actively in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback and helping maintain engineering standards.
- Work with complex APIs, backend services, and networking requirements within a large-scale mobile application.
- Collaborate closely with product, project management, QA/testing, UX/design, security, and other technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to refactor existing components, reduce technical complexity,



and improve application performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and team discussions.
- Stay current with developments in the Apple/iOS ecosystem and contribute ideas that improve engineering practices and the end-user experience.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience, with strong hands-on experience using Swift.
- Demonstrated experience developing production applications using both SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and iOS application architecture.
- Practical experience with architectural/design patterns such as MVC and MVVM.
- Experience writing unit tests and designing software components with testability in mind.
- Strong working knowledge of Xcode, Git, source control, debugging, and standard iOS development tools.
- Experience developing applications involving complex networking, API integration, and backend service communication.
- Understanding of modern software development standards and mobile application best practices.
- Familiarity with UX principles and accessibility considerations for mobile applications.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment.

Nice to Have

- Previous Objective-C development experience.
- Experience developing applications within financial services, banking, fintech, or another highly regulated enterprise environment.
- Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Exposure to enterprise security, privacy, accessibility, and application performance requirements.

Pay: $110,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
