Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be resposible for meeting and greeting customers and assisting in the delivery of automobiles. The individual who wil be in this postion will be conversing with customers on a day to day basis inside the store as well as communicating on the phone as well as through email.

Duties

- Coordinate and schedule deliveries
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, changes, and any issues that may arise.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professional interactions with clients and vendors.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Assist sales staffs efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or products.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and sales activities within the sales pipeline.




- Collaborate with team members to streamline delivery processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $58,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
