Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Building Erector to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and preparing building components prior to the final construction phase. Your expertise will help ensure that structures are erected efficiently, safely, and according to detailed plans and schematics. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately assemble building components.
- Erect pre-fabricated structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment while adhering to safety standards.
- Use woodworking skills for framing, cutting, and fitting structural elements with precision.




- Conduct heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining proper safety protocols throughout all phases of work.
- Install metal roofing/insulation

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on pre-building assembly or related trades such as carpentry or concrete work.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate assembly.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, working at heights, and operating power tools.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 70.0 per week
