T.P.D. BOUTIQUE IS SEEKING SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTS - OLIVER LOCATION

We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Sales Experts to join our awesome Green Team at the T.P.D. Boutique in Oliver!!!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, promoting our products, engaging with potential clients, driving sales growth and offering exemplary customer service and product knowledge.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your communication skills, sales expertise, and customer service experience to build lasting relationships and expand our market presence. Bilingual abilities and experience in food service or marketing are considered strong assets.

Duties

- Generate sales and and excel at product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their expectations
- Conduct outreach efforts including cold calls, follow-up communications, and participation in community events
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system




- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events or product launches as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or food service industries preferred
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to effectively present ideas verbally and in writing
- Public speaking skills to confidently engage audiences during demos or promotional events
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for client meetings or events

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
