Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our rapid paced locally owned auto group. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary in house coordinator, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience between sales and service. This role involves communicating effectively with our leadership team, coordinating with technicians, and providing expert guidance on automotive services. Candidates with dealership experience, mechanical knowledge, and strong organizational skills will thrive in this position. A background in automotive repair or mechanic experience is a plus, as it enhances the ability to explain technical issues clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed repair orders, including necessary parts and labor estimates, ensuring clarity for both customers and technicians.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow up with customers and sales associates regarding vehicle status,



additional needs, or future service recommendations pre and post sale.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current automotive repair procedures and accurate information to our sales team.

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive sales or service processes is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge or hands-on mechanic experience enhances communication with technicians and understanding of vehicle repairs.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting repair orders.
- A valid driver’s license is required; clean driving record preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
