We are seeking a passionate and creative Ice Cream Maker to join our team. This role involves crafting delicious, high-quality ice cream and related desserts in a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors and desserts following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate commercial ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Decorate cakes and desserts, utilizing cake decorating skills to enhance presentation
- Package finished products for retail or display purposes, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing ingredients, measuring, and portioning




- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about products, and offering samples when appropriate
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations in the kitchen

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery environment is preferred
- Skills in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation are highly desirable
- Background in food handling, cooking, or food industry roles will be advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices is essential
- Experience with food preparation, packaging, and kitchen operations will support success in this role
