Part-Time Accountant (1 Day per Week) - Vietnamese and English Speaker

Spank Clothing is a boutique clothing store located in downtown Victoria, BC. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our financial and administrative operations.

Position Details

- Schedule: 1 day per week
- Compensation: $45/hour
- Location: Victoria, BC
- Part time position

Responsibilities

- Review and reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Review invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Assist with payroll and government remittances as needed
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
- Coordinate with external accountants and service providers
- Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date

Qualifications





- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak Vietnamese and English
