The Pro Shop Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting merchandise sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pro shop.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, including merchandise displays and inventory shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and place orders as needed.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and tagging new merchandise shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints,



and returns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Promote sales and special promotions to customers through effective communication and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
