Overview

Our client is in search of Light Packaging and Assembly Associates to join their manufacturing team. This role involves performing light packaging, assembly, and material handling tasks to support efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Responsibilities

- Assemble products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge according to specified instructions and quality standards.
- Perform light packaging tasks, including boxing, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of assembled products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and finished goods accurately.




- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve workflow processes.

Skills

- Prior experience in manufacturing, or assembly environments is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Strong understanding of assembly procedures and packaging techniques.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software.
- Familiarity with mechanical concepts and the use of hand tools required for assembly tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday 7am to 4.30pm, Friday 7am to 3.30pm

Pay: $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
