Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Career1 is hiring an Electrical Assembler for our HVAC manufacturing client located in Barrie, ON. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual with experience in wiring and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings and specifications.
- Drill and cut holes for electrical devices and instrumentation.
- Mount and wire electrical devices, motors, and control components.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical panel issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Follow company safety standards and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical panel wiring or assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics.




- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of refrigeration circuits or plumbing is an asset.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
