*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail.

*Duties*

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

- Ensure the kitchen area is clean, well-organized, and meets all food safety standards

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation

- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the management team

*Experience*

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar fast-paced kitchen environment

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

- Experience with various cooking techniques and equipment is a plus
