We are a fast-paced growing collision center that works with many dealerships and insurance companies. We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator with at least 5 years of experience working with Mitchell Connect and Audatex. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, willing to learn, and excited about the opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals in the collision repair industry. As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating collision damage, estimating repair costs for vehicles and preparing additional/supplements.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize Mitchell Connect and Audatex software to produce accurate collision damage estimates

- Prepare additional/supplements for insurance appraisers, when required

- Meet with clients, insurance adjusters, and dealership representatives to gather necessary information

- Prepare detailed repair cost estimates for clients and insurance companies

- Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards

- Maintain accurate records of all repair work and associated costs

- Monitor and report on progress of repairs to clients and insurance companies

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience working as a Collision Estimator with Mitchell Connect and Audatex





- Knowledge of collision repair techniques, materials, and products

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
