Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Enter data into databases, and other software with precision and speed
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records
- Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-checking entries
- Support data collection initiatives by compiling information from various sources
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents




- Manage large volumes of data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Ensure all data is entered in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Requirements

- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Prior clerical experience including filing, data collection, and data entry responsibilities
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and general software applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.25-$25.09 per hour
