We are seeking an experienced Licensed Electrician to join our team. This position is primarily focused on residential and commercial electrical construction, including new construction, renovations, service work, rough-ins, and finishing.

The successful candidate must have strong hands-on electrical experience, be able to work independently, and take pride in completing safe, professional, and high-quality work.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, including rough-in and finish work
- Install wiring, lighting, receptacles, switches, panels, breakers, and other electrical equipment
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and plans
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify and correct deficiencies
- Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper and safe operation
- Work safely and in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and applicable regulations
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors on active construction sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Required Qualifications
- Valid Ontario 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician licence OR currently registered as an electrical apprentice
- Previous hands-on electrical construction experience
- Robust knowledge of electrical installations, wiring methods,



and electrical code requirements
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work

Important This is an electrical construction position. Applicants must have formal electrical training and/or be a registered electrical apprentice. General construction, renovation, maintenance, or handyman experience alone does not qualify for this position.

Compensation & Schedule

- $30.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Bonus opportunities
- Work is primarily on the road at various job sites
