Kingdom Signature Developments is an Edmonton custom home and renovation builder with a simple purpose: to serve people well through honest work, robust relationships, and high-quality construction. The company was formed when two established builders, D&S; Developments and Candor Carpentry, joined forces, pairing strong construction systems and project management with hands-on field craftsmanship.

What we’re looking for in an ideal candidate For this job position, we are looking for someone who can:

- Frame basements and other residential renovations with little to no coaching or rework,




- Support lead-hands and superintendents to make sure tools and materials are on site and the job stays on schedule,
- Show up early and be someone the rest of the team can count on,
- Make safety a habit: complete the daily FLHA, flag hazards, report incidents and stop any unsafe work you see,
- When a problem comes up, document it and bring at least two possible solutions to your foreman,
- Display growth in your skills and knowledge, progressing towards the completion of your apprenticeship and journeyman certification.

Job prerequisites

- A history of integrity, reliability, owning your actions, and a genuine drive to learn the trade,
- Completion of the first two years of carpentry apprenticeship with residential framing experience,
- Valid Class 5 license,
- Current fall protection certificate, first aid training or other certifications are an asset.

Pay: From $30.40 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
